Jules’s own story adds an intriguing layer to Kristen’s heritage. She was adopted by a Jewish couple, Norma and Ben Urman, in California back in 1953. A DNA test conducted later in life revealed that one of Kristen’s biological maternal grandparents had Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry, connecting her to this rich cultural heritage.
